At Pittanga, every piece is carefully prepared to reach you with the same intention and care with which it was created. Below you’ll find all the information about our shipping process.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-demand periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm. Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 2 - 3 business days to fully process your order. Delivery dates are based on average transit time. 

How does a pre-order work?

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order and in stock items together, we recommend placing separate orders for each.

Shipping Locations

Pittanga ships from the United States to:

  • All U.S. states

  • International destinations

Shipping availability, rates, and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Pittanga is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and any relevant details so we can assist you.
